About me!

My name is Cody Bastida and this is my site where I track and talk about all things in my life tech related. Mostly it's where I talk about my homelab and experiences being a one man two user system admin for a little apartment.

Education

I attended the University of Kentucky from 2016 until 2020 studying History and Computer science. However, most of my education has been self paced either by Udemy, Youtube, Books, Forums, or I learned it on the fly. My life long love of learning and expanding my skills and knowledge has been rewarding for both my career and my personal satisfaction.

Experiences

I have worked in a wide array of environments including Academic Research, Healthcare, State Government, and currently I'm in the Private Sector working close to Federal, State, and Local Governments.

Outside of Tech

When I am not working on a new tech project, I can often be found reading or writing history or science fiction. Eventually I hope to host a site dedicated to those writings, but I wanted to get this out there first. I also enjoy the outdoors having hiked nearly all of the Red River Gorge.
